Froday was created to celebrate textured hair and the freedom to wear it how you choose.

Proudly made in Melbourne, Australia, our products are designed specifically for curls, coils, kinks, and protective styles, delivering deep moisture and softness without the heaviness.

Our formulas are inspired by real textured hair routines, with a focus on hydration, nourishment, and care. We use African heritage oils—including mongongo, marula, and baobab, carefully chosen to soften hair, support moisture retention, and help reduce breakage.

Froday is rooted in knowledge passed down through generations: the routines shared at home, the brands we grew up with, and the aunties who always knew what worked. Our bold, Afro-centric color palette is inspired by that same expressive, joyful, and unapologetic spirit. Our name, Froday, is a celebration of textured hair, cared for every single day.

Our story

Froday began with a simple observation: most hair care was not created with textured hair at the centre.

As shelves filled with more products, curls, coils, kinks, and protective styles were often grouped together. There was little consideration for their unique needs, diverse routines, or the many ways textured hair is worn. Not all curls are the same, yet they have rarely been treated that way.

Froday was created to change that.
