  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Complimentary Standard shipping on all Australian orders over $70.
  • Domestic (Australia): For orders under $70, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.
  • International: Froday ships to selected global destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or fees.
  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Returns: We accept returns and offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on unopened products. Just email us at hello@frodayhair.com with your order number.
  • Damaged or Faulty: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can arrange a swift replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement.
  • Reseller Policy: Froday products are for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of unauthorised resale.
