• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders of $70 or more.
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8.95 AUD on Australian orders under $70.
• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $12.95 AUD on Australian orders.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
• Standard Shipping (Australia): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping (Australia): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
• International Shipping: Froday ships to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or fees.
• Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking information appears incorrect or hasn't updated, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Please note: Delivery estimates are in addition to our 1–2 business day processing time and may vary depending on your location, peak periods or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

• 30-Day Returns: We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase and offer a full refund of the product price. Simply email hello@frodayhair.com with your order number to arrange a return.
• Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our returns policy.

Important Notes

• Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
• Reseller Policy: Froday products are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of unauthorised resale, where permitted by law.
