Domestic Orders (Australia)

We aim to process all orders within 3–4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Orders

Froday ships internationally to selected destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a brief description

Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition where reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the issue.

Delivery Issues & Tracking

Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Reseller Policy

Froday products are intended for personal use only. Unauthorised resale or distribution is not permitted without prior written approval. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed for resale.
