1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Froday Hair, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (“Froday”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Froday product and submit an eligible product review during the promotion period.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Froday are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion period

The promotion begins on 30 August 2026 and runs on an ongoing quarterly basis.

Entries close at 11:59 pm Melbourne time on 14 March, 14 June, 14 September and 14 December each year. Each quarterly prize draw will take place on the following day.

Entries received after a quarterly closing date will automatically be included in the next quarterly draw.

The first prize draw will take place on 15 December 2026.

4. How to enter

To enter, submit a genuine review of a Froday product using the review form provided by Froday during the promotion period.

Each eligible review receives one entry. Duplicate reviews of the same product submitted by the same customer will only receive one entry. The content or rating of a review will not affect the entrant’s chance of winning.

Froday may exclude reviews that are fake, duplicated, unrelated to the product, offensive or submitted using false information.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a digital Froday gift card valued at AUD $50 in each quarterly draw.

The gift card can be used on the Froday website, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or resold. The gift card will be valid for three years from its date of issue.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant quarterly promotion period. Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their review or original order within two business days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 14 days. If Froday cannot contact the winner after making reasonable efforts, or the winner does not respond within 14 days, Froday may conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize will be issued within 28 days of the draw.

8. Privacy

Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and deliver the prize. Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Froday’s Privacy Policy.

9. General

Froday reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons outside Froday’s reasonable control, Froday may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.
